High 87F, low 67F. Found treading water on a shallow wetland off the edge of a road. This juvenile was just larger than a quarter. Likely hatched this season. It's shell was twisted and slightly disformed (see 3rd picture). Lily pad and tall grasses dominated the water column. Logs for basking. Could see adults basking. Gambusia were noted in this wetland, likely does not dry annually if ever. Saw small trickles entering the wetland so could be fed by springs.
