Found this adult on the crawl while looking for specks in some rockpiles. I heard it first and was able to locate it its sound in the bush it was in.

I believe it is an intergrade between P. c. annectens and P. c. deserticola. It was found right in the area where the two subspecies meet. It's pattern is somewhat cleaner than coastal annectens, but not that of a pure deserticola by any means. I've seen pure annectens about 15 miles west of this locale, however.
